The Three-Step Drop: Falk, Rudolph and Mayfield

It’s the dead season for the NFL. A little less than a month away from training camp, players are basically on vacation until they reconvene late July. However, team talent evaluators have already begun preparation for the 2018 NFL Draft. Three names – Luke Falk, Mason Rudolph, and Baker Mayfield – are sure to be in heavy rotation among NFL scouts.

The trio of signal callers highlight a 2018 quarterback class with potential to be the best in years. Therefore, I decided to do some armchair scouting of my own and take a closer look at what each one brings to the table.

What follows are my quick notes on each quarterback along with game footage and interview pieces that provide a glimpse into their intangibles and character:
